The bill (Reg. No. 4757) was drafted to shape more favorable conditions for the national agricultural engineering to promote manufacture of better agricultural machinery with the use of a modern foreign element base. The bill also specifies the procedure of estimating the market share of the national production equipment cost, as well as differentiation of the limit market share according to the annual registers.
The bill defines the terms ‘domestic machinery´ and ‘equipment for the agricultural complex.´
